A crazy dream came true
Nadeen Eilert Rössler, the founder of Joya Jewels, was just 16 when he saw artisans for the first time. They sold jewelry and precious stones on the Ponte Vecchio in Florence. The colors and the raw beauty of the stones and pearls enchanted him, as they sparkled in the sunlight.
He bought some colorful glass beads and processed them into jewelry after his return to Germany. And then he had a crazy idea:
“Wouldn’t it be fantastic to travel all over the world, look for the rarest and most beautiful stones and materials, meet the best local artisans and combine our creativity to create unique jewellery that reflects this passion?”
His legendary dream came true and still inspires him 40 years later, so that his life is filled with joy every day.
In search of inner truth and beauty
Nadeen was trained in meditation. He met remarkable teachers and masters all over the world, including in India, Tibet, Thailand, Bali and the USA.
These trips showed him that he can combine his passion for travel, his dream of finding the best artisans and designing jewelry, with his exploration of consciousness.
Today, he shares his 35 years of meditation experience in conferences and workshops around the world, as well as in one-on-one sessions, and he still designs the jewelry himself.
During his stay in India, he met Kailash Gööck. Kailash then booked a coaching session with him and a wonderful friendship began.
Today, Kailash works to further advance Joya Jewels and contributes with his vision to ensure the sustainability of the company for the next generations.

Joya Jewels was born out of a passion for adventure and discovery, to reveal what is authentic and true, and to promote our vibrancy and well-being.
How Joya’s first collection was created
“In 1983 I had a small collection of stones from India, which I took with me to Kathmandu to make the first jewellery collection with local metalsmiths. Later, I traveled to Bali and looked for the best silversmiths on the island. I found that the best precious metal craftsmen are those who work for the temples. These craftsmen have mastered an ancient granulation technique. We sat together for weeks, looked at the stones, made drawings and worked on designs. Through this creative process and my close relationship with the silversmiths, the work became amazingly powerful.”

Although Joya Jewels is only a small company, it has become a community. We work together creatively and independently, and our team is a colorful mix of different personalities with different backgrounds. We are united by creative enthusiasm and the desire to surround ourselves with beautiful things. We share the same open-mindedness towards others, as well as the need to grow and develop as individuals.
